Welcome to Dhaakad Travels. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any cab service.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made via our official website, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Full ride details must be provided at the time of booking to ensure smooth service.

• Outstation and long-distance rides may require a nominal advance payment to confirm the booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is calculated based on distance, cab type, duration, and location.

• Toll taxes, parking charges, and state entry taxes are not included in the base fare unless mentioned.

• Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or through other available payment methods at the time of ride completion unless pre-paid.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Free cancellation up to 1 hour before scheduled ride time for local trips.

• For outstation trips, cancellations within 4 hours of ride time may attract a cancellation fee.

• Any advance payment will be non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Driver & Vehicle Allocation

• We ensure that all drivers are verified and experienced.

• Vehicle type and model will be provided as per availability and booking confirmation.

• In case of unforeseen issues (vehicle breakdown, delays), Dhaakad Travels will arrange an alternative at the earliest.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure accurate pickup details and be available at the location on time.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activity inside the cab is strictly prohibited.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

6. Luggage Policy

• Passengers are allowed to carry standard luggage. Excess luggage or oversized items must be informed in advance.

• Dhaakad Travels is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during the ride.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dhaakad Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to delays, natural disasters, strikes, or third-party actions.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made by the customer.

8. Modifications

• Dhaakad Travels reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
